A global biopharma company — 100+ countries, more than EUR 35 billion in revenue — had to report sustainability data pulled from hundreds of suppliers. The documents didn't match. No shared format, no clean columns. People read them by hand.
Working with Accenture, the company put Beyond Work on it. The platform structured the mess, pulled product attributes out of each document, and handed them to validators to check. When a validator corrected something, the system took that feedback and sharpened its next pass.
By the end of three months it was hitting about 95% accuracy. It had extracted more than 100,000 attributes and saved over 20,000 hours of manual work. The compliance team stopped transcribing and started analyzing.
